I was starving yesterday. Not sure if I was craving or just hungry or a little of both. By sheer willpower I refrained from eating the pumpkin squares on the counter, the pepperoni pizza I reheated for my boys. I did have 3 bowls of delicious chili, a fruit smoothie and lots of rice cakes to help with that crunchy carb need. I also ate a banana and quite a few nuts. Dropped backed to 141.
The reason why I keep plugging away is because my other choice is to eat all of the junk I've been eating which will cause me to feel horrible, obsess about my eating and gain weight, all for that momentary feeling of fullness and satisfaction. So there really is no choice.
