8th Day Vegan - 143 lbs and holding

I am not sure how not only have I not lost weight on fruits, veges, brown rice and water but I gained 2 lbs! The good news is I feel good. I am not thinking about food obsessively, whether it's berating myself for what I did eat or plotting my next carb attack! I don't miss the alcohol or the food. If anyone is considering doing this, I recommend giving everything up at once. It is easier. I've got a lot of energy and when I eat my big salad at lunch (maybe too big, hence the weight gain!)no joke, I feel like Popeye popping that can of spinach open. I can feel the energy boost making its way into my system.

Interestingly, if you eat all the servings of fruits, veges, etc you don't have the time or room for the other stuff!
