If you are not hungry, you are not missing out!

When I tell some people what I'm not eating, they say "I could never do that." "I love Dairy Queen in June" "I've gotta have my caffeine" "I love bread." I love all of those things too. But when you are not hungry, you don't care. When you don't crave it, you don't care about it.

If you eat healthy and are off caffeine, you will have more energy. You will be energized from a.m. until p.m.

If you are not craving carbs, you won't root around in the pantry. You'll do something else. Read a book, chores, something.

If you are not craving you are not missing it, you are not thinking about it, you are not obsessing.
