I still feel good except for a nasty cold. Feel thinner although my weight hasn't changed. Getting rid of the fat is like head lice, I think. I've just got to keep plugging away. Something's gotta give. The only think keeping me on this path is the fact that I am not craving or hungry for that matter. Things I that might help:
Get more cardio
Cut out the sweet potato. I put some in my smoothie and a little in my salad.
Eat smaller portions
Wait...
