The lunchtime potatoes started me on the slippery slope...Anything you are deliberating over eating...don't eat it. You intuitively know what is good for you and bad for you. So last night I heated up a cup of vege soup but then just dove into the bag of chips. I also snacked on roasted asparagus, yummy! This sounds crazy to those of you who are still sitting with a box of graham crackers and a can of icing but once you get rid of that stuff, veges taste good! The good news is it was a Vegan Binge!
I know I said I wouldn't worry about the weight loss but I am. I am thinking I need to bump up the cardio and cut down on my portions.
