No joke, it feels like I am deflating...the weight is melting off. I have no cravings and am not very hungry. Philosophically, I worry that I don't have enough variety in my diet and I am concerned about my upcoming trip. It seems stupid to eat out in restaurants that don't cater to Vegans (can't believe I am one). You order a salad with everything removed and you're paying $15 for lettuce!
I'll worry later. I was going to make cakes for a bake sale and then accepted that it's probably not a good idea...also gave myself permission to have a cookie yesterday to see if I would and I didn't feel like it. Not sure how to stay in this mindset...
