Hot Flashes have subsided

I don't know if veganism and heat surges (aka hot flashes) are related, probably not...but I'll take whatever I can get. It is discouraging to be at the same weight for what seems like forever but I've got to remember that I feel better physically and mentally and I am not thinking about food constantly...just my weight, LOL! I suppose I need to obsess on something.

I am doing yoga 5 days a week and have increased my walking. Yoga is going better, I am more purposeful in my practice so I think I am getting more benefits. I think I need to up the amount of water I am drinking.

With my lack of results on the weight front, it is a forgone conclusion that I need to not stray from my eating on my upcoming vacation. Also I tend to put on about 5 lbs (in water weight?) due to the altitude change. I am curious if this will happen with my eating a low carb diet.
