30 Days Vegan and sugar free

It has not been difficult to do the vegan thing. I cooked up some of my usual fare, veggie chili, brown rice and veges and my morning smoothie. I went out to eat and I was able to order a couple of yummy sides, beet salad and truffle fries. The chef made me a delicious veggie dish.

My indulgences have been corn chips with salsa or chili, french fries and some beer and wine. I was only going to drink red wine but a cold beer in the hot tub after skiing was too much for me to resist. I have not even been thinking about sugar.

Interestingly, I think the longer you stay off something you crave, like cookies, the less you think about them, you replace them with something else and they become a non-issue.
