I had my fruit smoothie this morning and went for a walk and then yoga. Had lunch at my favorite green restaurant, Prasino. I thought I'd try something different since I was there yesterday. I ordered edamame (protein), julienned veges, and potato wedges.
I was starving an hour after I left. I promptly went to Whole Foods and staked out by the salsa bar eating chips and guacamole! I had 2 rice cakes in the car. I do feel full now but think I should stay away from potatoes. They made me sleepy. Might be a good think for insomniacs to eat before bed...
