Day 15 - The Battle of the Bulge!

Yes, I gained a pound. I think it was the tortilla chips I snacked on. It is amazing how little food your body needs to run. I have literally been eating fruits, veges and brown rice, almond milk, tea and water and a few servings of chips. Perhaps the additional salt didn't help. I went to yoga and walked. So I'll keep plugging away...I've been told Day 14 is the turning point. I don't no where I've turned but its not looking promising! LOL!
