I feel pretty good but like I am retaining lots of water weight. I've been eating tortilla chips as a snack and I can feel the salt on them. That might be my culprit. Also, I've been eating too many of them. A handful here and a handful there. Anything that doesn't have an end when I'm eating it is not good for me, cookies, potato chips, cake....I keep a container of marcona almonds in my car for snacking. Interestingly, I don't over eat them, even though they are drenched in safflower oil and have some salt.
I'll keep plugging away.
