3rd Day Vegan - I feel like I was let out of the food prison

No kidding,

No cravings, I feel good and thinner. I had to make myself eat some dinner last night because I didn't feel hungry. A key component of my success yesterday was making my lunch at breakfast. I always feel like Popeye after I eat my salad. It's like the energy is bursting from me. I put lettuce, spinach, sweet potato, brown rice, avocado, peppers, onion, berries and olive oil and balsamic. I let it sit out until lunch and give it a good shake. Yummy.

I also do not have the issue of eating the same thing over and over. I've been drinking smoothies almost daily for 14 years and not only never tire of them but look forward to them every morning. I put orange juice or almond milk, banana, 1/2 avocado, berries and a bit of sweet potato. It is thick, sweet and tasty. If you like it cold, throw in frozen berries.
