It seems to me that stress management is the key to my eating problem. I have no smoking guns in my past, no traumas. But I was always a huge sweet eater. I hid food in my closet, dry cake mixes and Suzy Qs, which I didn't really like but they were so big and you got 2 in a pack.
Key Learning: I will try not to eat in my car, in the pantry or alone(except healthy stuff).
I will address the stress!
